🔎 What we're looking for

Join our fully remote team as a Solution Designer to design and deliver great solutions to our growing list of customers.

You’ll design data integrations between major back office systems for fast-growing eCommerce brands worldwide. Your main responsibility is to understand customer requirements and implement them with our development team.

This role is looking at either a Solution Designer or Senior Solution Designer position.

📋 Your responsibilities

Solving complex system problems for some of the fastest-growing retailers in the world.
Running workshops with clients to draw out their requirements from our integration platform.
Writing high-quality, detailed specifications for client projects.
Producing process flows and system diagrams to document rich and/or complicated technical information in its most easily understandable form.
Working with our pre-sales and development teams to estimate project costs.
Working with our development team and our clients through projects to deliver the solution, including managing any required changes to the solution.
Contributing to the continual improvement of HighCohesion’s business processes.
Overseeing go-lives which result in a ‘smooth landing’ for our clients after they cut over to our platform.
Conducting project retrospectives to extract valuable ‘learnings’ from each project, which can then be fed back into your personal development, our process improvement, or other areas of our business.
Work with your team members to plan and manage the workload across the team.
