🔎 What we're looking for

Join us as an Engineer in our remote team, building and supporting integrations on the HighCohesion platform for some of the world’s best retail brands.

You’ll work on integration projects with our Business Analysts and Senior Engineers to understand business integration requirements and bring them to life on our platform. You’ll then be responsible for supporting these integrations once they’re live through being the first-line responder in our support desk. You’ll have plenty of time to be a hands-on Engineer and become intimately familiar with the codebase.

📋 Your responsibilities

Contribute to integration design decisions, identifying trade-offs and ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and commercially viable.
Lead the technical onboarding of new clients onto the HighCohesion platform, delivering stable, well-tested integrations and new functionality where required.
Own pull and merge requests for new integration requirements, ensuring code is reviewed, tested, documented and production-ready.
Communicating with your team on progress, blockers and opportunities.
Act as first-line responder on the support desk, ensuring timely communication, accurate triage, and clear resolution of client issues..
Implement and continuously improve unit and functional testing processes to increase reliability and reduce regression risk.
Deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions at pace, making sound trade-offs between speed, risk and long-term maintainability.
Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research.
Lead complex integration projects from technical scoping through to production release, identifying risks early and ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines and quality standards.

💯 Your qualifications

Solid experience as a software engineer - with recent ecommerce integrations experience with systems like Shopify, Netsuite and Peoplevox
